"I placed my order thinking, okay..."
I placed my order thinking, okay, it’ll probably ship in a day or two like usual. But then… nothing. It just sat there for days with no real update, and I kept checking like, did I miss something? I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication made it way more frustrating. It felt like nobody was paying attention to it. Not sure I’d order from them again.

"Customer service left me hanging"
I’m sure this place is probably fine when everything goes smoothly, but my experience wasn’t great. I tried reaching out about my order, sent an email, waited a few days, and then followed up again. Still didn’t really get a clear answer. Maybe they’re just busy, but it’s frustrating when all you need is a simple update. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Returns are honestly such a hassle"
Yeah, I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. Like, the whole return process just feels way more annoying than it should be.

"Arrived on time, but quality could be better"
The order showed up on time, which I definitely appreciated. That said, the clippers feel low quality overall. The blades got dull faster than I expected, and the guard doesn’t sit quite right, which makes using them a little frustrating. They’re not completely useless and will probably work in a pinch, but I don’t think they’re really worth the money

I tried placing an order on barbersupply.com, but the whole experience was annoying. The pages were loading really slow, the search results were all over the place, and my cart kept glitching like items weren’t staying put. I tried reaching out for help too, but I just kept getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which made it even more frustrating. I ended up giving up before I could even check out. The products might be fine, but the website definitely needs a lot of work...

"Couldn’t Find What I Needed"
I was trying to order a few professional barber brands I normally use, but half of them either weren’t listed or were out of stock. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but it’s not great if you need specific brands. I also never got any follow-up about when things might be restocked, which was frustrating.

"Kind of frustrating"
Maybe it’s just me, but I tried ordering twice and both times about half the stuff I wanted was out of stock again. It got annoying after a while.

"I went in asking about clipper blades and…"
I went in asking about clipper blades and left more confused than when I started. The staff did answer me, but it kind of felt like they were guessing instead of really knowing what they were talking about. I also felt a little pressured to just go along with what they were saying, even though the advice didn’t seem that helpful. My order itself was fine, but I wouldn’t really rely on them for guidance...

"Frustrating checkout made me give up"
I tried ordering from barbersupply.com, but the checkout process was more frustrating than it needed to be. My cart kept refreshing, the shipping cost showed one amount and then changed right at the final step, and I had to re-enter my information more than once. I was ready to make the purchase, but after a while it just felt buggy and unreliable. Little things like that really matter when you're deciding whether to trust a site with your order. I ended up closing the page and buying from somewhere else.

"My order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday..."
My order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, but it showed up several days late. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on. I contacted support, and they basically said to keep waiting. Because I needed the supplies for work, the delay caused a real headache. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix the shipping...

"Warranty promises didn’t really hold up"
I bought a trimmer from barbersupply.com, and it was fine at first, but after a few months it just stopped charging. I thought the warranty would be quick and straightforward since that’s kind of what they make it sound like when you buy it.

Instead, support took forever to reply and kept asking me for the same stuff I had already sent over, like the receipt, photos, serial number, all of it. They said they’d help and get back to me, but days kept passing with no clear answer, so it felt like one broken promise after another.

They did eventually respond, but I had to keep chasing them the whole time, which was frustrating. The trimmer was decent while it worked, but the warranty support really didn’t live up to what they make you expect...

"Pretty frustrating ordering experience"
I ordered a few barber supplies from them, i wasn’t thrilled. After I already paid, I found out some of the items were on backorder, which really rubbed me the wrong way. There wasn’t a clear date for when they’d ship, and I only got updates when I reached out first. I’m probably a little biased because I really prefer sites that show stock clearly before checkout, but to me that should be basic. I ended up waiting way longer than expected and just bought what I needed from another site. Overall, annoying experience.

My package arrived with the box badly crushed. I’m not sure if anyone else has had this happen, but it definitely didn’t give me a great first impression.

"Communication could’ve been clearer :/"
I felt like I had to keep asking the same questions because the replies were vague. The emails didn’t really explain what was happening with my order, which made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Checkout options were a letdown"
I tried ordering from barbersupply.com sometime last week, or maybe it was earlier this month, I can't remember exactly. The products looked okay, but the payment options were kind of annoying. I didn’t see the payment method I usually use, and I’m not a fan of entering my card info on every site. Maybe their stuff is good, but I ended up stopping at checkout. In 2026, or whatever year we’re in now, there really should be more ways to pay. Frustrating experience.

"Refund Process Was Exhausting"
I asked for a refund and felt mentally drained by the whole thing. Support kept telling me it would happen soon, but weeks went by and nothing actually changed. Having to keep waiting and following up was really frustrating.
